Refund Policy :

Once the appointment is booked via online payment, If customer makes a request for cancellation, then must be done before an hour of appointment time, and refund shall be processed with in 2 to 7 working days through source account via payment gateway

Once services are rendered, there are no refunds.  We do not accept the payment of any surgery via online mode, Patient first book the appointment and make a payment for appointment, And after the proper investigation, only then payment can be made at POS point.

Appointment Date Cancellation Policy:

Customer has to call at 8500302302 or email us at for cancellation of appointment, Once the cancellation request is accepted, Customer get notified via email & SMS.

Please note that there may be certain procedures/cases that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Those may be of some dates amendments, wrong investigation reports etc. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any procedure/cases for any reason.

Processing fees / transaction charges will be charged extra.
